Jesus did not come to “patch up” the old religious system of Judaism with its rules and traditions. His purpose was to bring in something new, yet something that had been prophesied for centuries. This new message, the gospel, said that Jesus Christ, God’s Son, came to earth to offer all people forgiveness of sins and restoration with God. This new message, the gospel, said that Jesus Christ, God’s Son, came to earth to offer all people forgiveness of sins and restoration with God. This new message of faith and love did not fit in the old rigid legalistic system of religion. It needed a fresh start. The message will always remain “new” because it must be accepted and applied in every generation. When we follow Christ, we must be prepared for new ways to live, new ways to look at people, and new ways to serve

C.S. Lewis from Mere Christianity. ““The reason why it can never succeed is this. God made us: invented us as a man invents an engine. A car is made to run on petrol, and it would not run properly on anything else. Now God designed the human machine to run on Himself. He Himself is the fuel our spirits were designed to feed on. There is no other. That is why it is just no good asking God to make us happy in our own way without bothering about religion. God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.

Farnsworth the eroded rock…thing.  I created him for a graphic novel named Parable (Story Title: The Strange Exchange) in which I was 90% done with the digitally colored 16 page masterpiece when my mac hard drive crashed.  I was unable to save the hd and couldn’t redo it in time for the deadline.  See the book here…better yet, BUY THE BOOK! | Parable: Volume 1

This guy, BREWtality was created as a wrestling duo with Mike Maihack’s conjoined twins ‘Cream and Sugar’.  They were managed by a talking cup of coffee drawn by another artist whos name I have forgotten. The concept was for artists to come up with a team and people vote within a bracket system to declare a winner.  I can’t remember haw our team did.

I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.
